 I think LimeSurvey is great! We do all our survey research with LS and 
whatever we wanted to do LS was always able to do it... ;) We used 
SurveyMonkey before, but got to it's limits very soon. So we switched to
 LS and used the saved money for other things. :)
*Free & Open Source (only hosting your installation is not for free)
*you can do anything regarding question types, answer formats, survey logic - and if nobody did it before you can always implement it
*they have a very active and helpful community
I thought hard, but don't know of any Cons by now...
